About the portal
A qualified job board for neurodivergent people
Conect@ Portal · PCDs & Companies is an initiative by the Brazilian Ethics Association (AEB), a public-interest civil society organization (MJ No. 08071.000126/2008-18), to build and maintain a job board specialized in neurodivergent people, rare diseases, cancer and other special conditions.
AEB acts as a qualified intermediary between talent and opportunities, in line with Federal Law 8,213/1991 (Quota Law), Law 13,146/2015 (Statute of Persons with Disabilities) and Decree 5,296/2004.
